Last updated: 27 October 2026
Professional Fees
Professional fees compensate for time spent on consultation, document review, drafting, court representation, attestation coordination, and administrative work. Where work has been performed, the corresponding fees are non-refundable.
Government Fees and Third-Party Charges
Government fees, attestation charges, court filing fees, courier charges, and other third-party costs are passed through at cost. These are not refundable once paid to the relevant authority or service provider.
Refund Eligibility
A refund of the unused portion of an advance may be considered where the matter is cancelled before substantive work has begun, on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be made in writing to our office.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe through the original payment method, subject to bank processing times and applicable charges.
